Some say the most important thing in determining a houses value is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

But when it comes time to sell your house, there is nothing you can do improve the location.

What you can do is to present the house in its most appealing way.

Ideally a prospective buyer will look at your house and see their family living happily under its roof. They pick out bedrooms, play areas for the kids and retreat zones for themselves.

An emotional attachment to your property is necessary to move the buyer away from their aim of paying as little as they can.

There are many ways to economically improve the look of your property for sale:
